Create the Persona on this device, then apply it so host apps load the Instruction, Rules, and Skills. Push and pull sync the bundle with Transcodes Cloud; apply still writes files on this machine.

Where to apply

This device (Global)	Installed Claude, ChatGPT (Codex), and Antigravity — every project and session	Use when you do not have a project path, or want the Persona everywhere.
A project folder	The apps you select for that folder	Cursor is project-only — it has no global Persona apply.

Dashboard Apply uses its own confirm modal. CLI deploy always needs --yes after you confirm overwrite; without it the command refuses.

Do not expose .claude, .cursor, or .gemini paths unless you are troubleshooting. Preserve Windows paths such as C:\Users\name\project exactly.

Create and apply

Install the CLI and open the dashboard

The CLI dashboard opens at http://127.0.0.1:3847. Later, run transcodes to open it again. Use the Persona tab to create, edit, apply, and sync.

Author the three kinds

Ask /transcodes (or $transcodes in Codex) to interview you, or write Markdown and save it:
